2 Main Components
1) Pay-off: Bundled wire or spool wire both are OK, depend on customer’s request.
If the spool pays off, the customer needs to provide the size of the spool.
2) Electrolytic oil cleaning: Fully enclosed design, tank body made by 15mm PP board , Magnetic pump pickling cycle,500A/12V rectifier, 400 acid-resistant drum, part length 4.0 meters, anode adopts Stainless steel plate.
3) Electrolytic pickling: Fully enclosed design, tank body made by 15mm PP board , Magnetic pump pickling cycle, 1000A/12V rectifier, 400 acid-resistant drum, part length 4.0 meters, anode adopts lead plate.
4) Galvanizing: Fully enclosed design, tank body made by 15mm PP board, magnetic pump pickling cycle, 2000A/12V rectifier, 400 acid-resistant drum, part length 5 meters, anode using lead titanium plate, speed control by 11KW frequency conversion motor..
4) Air blowing: High-pressure air blowing device, so that the plating solution is rarely brought out when the steel wire is moving, reducing the loss of the plating solution and environmental sewage. The device needs no oil and gas source, and the gas supply source needs to be provided by the customer
5) Hot water: Electric heating automatic constant temperature control, magnetic pump circulation.
6) Drying: It adopts short-circuit heating, voltage regulator to adjust temperature, fast heating, low power consumption, easy operation.
7) Take-up: Φ550mm take-up reel to take-up, or spool take-up, according to customer requirements, take-up motor adopts torque motor to take-up, automatic tension control.
