This mill uses directly rolled into square tubes forming technology, which is specially for high standard customer used in precision cold rolled forming mill. The main machine adopts PLC control and full digital speed control system, with technology of no roll changing. The changing time is about 15-20 minutes. - Porcessing:
Coiling→ uncoiler→ straighter and pinching&leveling →shearing heads and tail→ butt-welding →accumulator→forming →HF welding →outside deburring →water cooling →sizing →cut to length →rail after cutting →collection
